A practicing Cardiologist with an extensive background in Technology and Operations. As the former Ambulatory Chief Medical Information Officer at Temple Health he has spearheaded clinician training and technology wellness initiatives across the enterprise. With a focus on leveraging available technologies to improve patient care, while offloading Clinician administrative burdens. Establishing a transformative Clinician support team, which spearheaded an unrivaled EMR and Voice recognition training program. The Clinician Support team was a paradigm shift in how a Health System can and should provide technical support and training to their frontline clinical staff. This effort to drive adoption of Voice Recognition tools reduced clinician documentation workload by 44,000 hours annually.

RN and Nurse practitioner with 17 years of experience in Cardiac surgery and Critical Care at premier healthcare institutions including the Cleveland Clinic, Columbia Presbyterian, and Fox Chase Cancer Center. With diverse real world experience in clinical workflows from both a nursing and providers perspective. Diverse experience with multiple EMR’s, as well as the application of voice recognition technology throughout clinical workflows.

Our Technology team brings decades of experience successfully delivering DMO and EMR optimization, in all phases of clinical technology operations including EMR transitions / go-lives, clinician onboarding as well as continuing clinician refresher education. Our team has a fine-tuned knowledge of clinical workflows, applicable across multiple EMRs as well as unparalleled expertise in voice recognition tools. We understand the dynamic nature of EMR utilization and continually refine our EMR and DMO training programs to deliver state of the art technical knowledge to clinicians. We know there is only 1 degree of separation between us and the patients, our goal is to enable our clinical colleagues to succeed in delivering quality care, as efficiently as possible, resulting in better outcomes for patient and clinicians.
